Photographer Paul Thompson could teach us all a thing or two about patience. Each image in his beautiful Moonlighting series, short listed for the Terry O Neill award, is the result of a whopping two hour exposure. Often captured in the pitch dark and taken using large format film, these remarkable land and seascapes are the ultimate documentation of night time explorations. Over a period of two hours the clouds and tide change with Thompson documenting all the things that we cannot ever control, the night unfolding uniquely over time. We are delighted to include these stunning photos in our shop, opening it's online doors in July. The chromogenic prints will be limited to editions of 10.
