If for any reason you are not happy with your order you can return your unframed print within 14 days of purchase, as long as it arrives back to us in perfect condition. Please contact us prior to returning at email@example.com and reuse the packaging the artwork was send in when posting back to us.
This excludes all framed artwork purchases, as these are bespoke, hand-made orders, and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty.
Once we have received the returned item you will then receive a full refund for the artwork purchased.
If you have made a mistake when placing your order please contact us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any shipping charges for returned orders are at the customer's expense. We do recommend using a tracked and/ or signed service for returned orders, as we aren't responsible for damaged or lost returned orders.
In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item(s) arrives back to us in perfect condition, in its original packaging

If you can't reach either of our stores to return your in-store purchase, we may accept a posted return at our discretion. All postal charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us via email before returning.
