Some overseas orders can be subject to customs delays that are unfortunately out of our control. If your order is being shipped outside of the UK it may be liable to local import taxes or duties, these are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any such additional charges are the responsibility of the customer as unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You agree to indemnify us in full in respect of any such duties and taxes.

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and leaves the UK network, we have no control over the postal networks overseas. This is the reason for us favoring a tracked service, as this allows customers to regularly check for delivery updates to their orders to prevent attempted deliveries being missed, and consequently being returned to us in the UK.

While we will endeavour to help, it is your (the customer) responsibility to track your order and liaise with customs or delivery partners in your own country regarding customs fess and delivery. If a parcel is returned to us you will be charged an additional postage fee.
