Our orders are shipped twice a week with a Royal Mail tracked and signed service. All prints are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and shipped out in either a sturdy cardboard tube or envelope, depending on size. If you need your print to arrive on or before a particular date, please contact us before placing your order at brighton@theymadethis.co.uk and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item within 14 days of purchase, as long as it arrives back to us in perfect condition. Please reuse the packaging the artwork was sent in.
